I'm an aspiring photographer who primarily shoots portraits and street photos. I began my interest in photography back when I was in college, aiding my fellow photojournalists as we covered important events in our school.
My Story
I have only had my camera for a few years, but I have always been a photographer.
Based in Makati, Philippines; my work shifts between portrait and street photography. My portrait photography is an expression of my appreciation for people’s beauty. Through this appreciation, I capture images that evoke a sense of solitude, somberness, and introspection. Thus, I aim to express a sense of beauty that is beyond vision. My street photography, on the other hand, focuses on capturing peace and stillness at night as I explore busy and chaotic cities. My body of work focuses on how light shapes a scene; influenced by the films I draw my iinspirationfrom.
Some of my portrait work hahaseen published in Novice Magazine, while some of my street photos have been included in exhibitions organized by Fotomoto PH and Folk and Function.
I am currently balancing my work as a Quality Control Engineer with my love for photography, as well as taking the time to expose myself witto much art as I can; to inspire and influence my work.
